This is interesting and I see a lot of spatial giftedness in this person. The only part missing is that our emotions and intellect are supposed to connect. When they do you find the answers to every question life proposes. I went through a much shorter version of this journey in childhood. It is strange to me why my journey was shorter because others journey seems so much longer. I think it might be simply I was thrown to the wolves very early in life. Regardless we all arrive at the same conclusion.
Our system and the people doing it bidding puts us at odds with ourselves. They take the average parts (your weaknesses) and tell them to genius and they take the genius parts (your strengths) and tells them to be average. When we finally find out how to be whole we realize what we were told to be was a lie and we were always what we were supposed to be. In other words every journey is the Wizard of Oz.
